Open Positions

Landscape Designer

Position: Landscape Designer (2–4+ Years of Experience)

Are you an emerging landscape designer ready to contribute to meaningful, design-forward work—and have fun doing it? Kiser + Vogrin Design (KVD) is growing, and we’re always looking for creative, motivated, and collaborative designers to help shape the future of land through exceptional landscape architecture and planning.

Why KVD?

We’re not just another design studio—we’re a tight-knit, highly creative team grounded in trust, authenticity, and a shared love for making great places. Our new brand direction reflects who we are: strategic, smart, artistic, and just the right amount of bold. We offer the kind of culture you actually want to be part of—open, inclusive, pet-friendly, and flexible. We believe in a true work/life balance. No egos here, just top-tier design and good people.

What You'll Be Working On

Our diverse portfolio spans urban infill, mixed-use development, community parks, campuses, large-scale master plans, and private residential projects. We’re currently working on some of our most exciting projects to date—and you’ll be in the thick of it, not just watching from the sidelines.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s hungry to learn and ready to lead in the future. If you’re obsessed with great design, love sketching ideas by hand, and are energized by collaboration, you’ll thrive here.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop site plans, concepts, graphics, and construction documents
  • Produce and present technical drawings, illustrative plans, and 3D models
  • Conduct site visits, field research, and code analysis
  • Work with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to bring great design to life
  • Learn from the best—and bring fresh ideas of your own

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience, skill, and portfolio)
  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and flextime options
  • Continuing education opportunities
  • A vibrant studio culture that truly values people
