Open Positions

Project Managers/Landscape Architects

Position: Landscape Designer (5–10+ Years of Experience)

Ready to take the reins on high-profile and impactful projects? KVD is always seeking seasoned Project Managers / Landscape Architects to lead key initiatives in a studio that puts creativity, culture, and people first.

Why KVD?

We’re not just another design studio—we’re a tight-knit, highly creative team grounded in trust, authenticity, and a shared love for making great places. Our new brand direction reflects who we are: strategic, smart, artistic, and just the right amount of bold. We offer the kind of culture you actually want to be part of—open, inclusive, pet-friendly, and flexible. We believe in a true work/life balance. No egos here, just top-tier design and good people.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Culture First: We believe in autonomy, balance, mentorship, and laughter. We’re serious about our work, but never about ourselves.
  • Design-Driven: Every project starts with ideas—big ones—and we work hard to make them real without compromising beauty or intention.
  • Opportunity-Oriented: We’re nimble and entrepreneurial. You’ll have freedom to lead, innovate, and grow.

What You'll Be Working On

Our diverse portfolio spans urban infill, mixed-use development, community parks, campuses, large-scale master plans, and private residential projects. We’re currently working on some of our most exciting projects to date—and you’ll be in the thick of it, not just watching from the sidelines.
